We understand that our client's brand image is essential, and that they want their garments delivered complete and ready to go. RIGGERS ONLINE is therefore pleased to announce that we now offer a FULL IN-HOUSE EMBROIDERY SERVICE for a range of garments.

When purchasing a garment that allows for Embroidery, you will be presented with the option of either adding a Logo, Text or both. Select your option/s and proceed to provide the necessary information:

Embroidery location for all garments are as follows:

If a Logo is chosen, specify the location and upload your Logo. The dimensions for Logos are:

Small Front Logo:
Maximum height - 12cm
Maximum width - 12cm

Full Back Logo:
Maximum height - 15cm
Maximum width - 30cm

If Text is chosen, then specify the location, text and color. The dimensions for Text are:

Small Front Text:
Maximum height - 12cm
Maximum width - 12cm
Maximum characters - 18

Full Back Text:
Maximum height - 15cm
Maximum width - 30cm
Maximum characters - 30

The standard font used for text is Block 2, however you can request any True Type Font for your text in the notes of your order.

NOTE:

Your options will be added to your garments, matching the number of garments purchased.
Prior to commencing with the order, we will email you an embroidered sample of your logo / text and confirm that you have selected the correct embroidery options (size, location, color, etc.).
Once approved, please allow for an additional two days for delivery of garments that include Embroidery.
If you require a variation on the above sizes or locations, please Email us with your requirements and we will assist.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER LEAVE?

Most orders will be dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Perth (Australia) within the next business day. Our Accounts Department simply waits for our financial institution to acknowledge that your payment has been approved and the order is transitioned for immediate dispatch. Please allow for an additional 2 business days for any garments that require embroidery or alterations.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET MY ORDER?

We offer Australian wide free shipping on orders over $250. All orders under $250 will be at a flat rate of $18.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

Most deliveries of products from Riggers Workwear will be completed within 7 - 14 business days following payment. Packaging boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. The below list provides an example of larger orders, broken down by region if the destination is in Australia:

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

All purchases through the website can be paid using Credit Card or PayPal Transfer. Both services are completely secure and allow for peace of mind purchasing. No personal card details are held by Riggers Workwear after payments have been processed.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. HOW DO I CORRECT THIS?

Once your order is placed it is batched and then sent electronically to our distribution and dispatch centre for pick, pack and shipping. We use the latest in technology to enable us to process and ship orders promptly and in many cases it may only be a matter of hours from the time you place your order until the time it is shipped. Until your order is submitted to the distribution centre we can make changes to it, but unfortunately after this point we cannot change or cancel it. If you have placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it, please ring us immediately on 1300 363 844 or alternatively you can e-mail our customer service team at sales@riggersonline.com.au with your request.

DO I GET AN INVOICE WITH MY ORDER?

Yes, an Invoice is emailed when the goods have been shipped from our distribution centre and we also keep an Invoice on your account if required in the future.

CAN I ORDER FROM YOU IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OLD?

We are only able to accept orders from adults over the age of 18 years. By purchasing on our website you are certifying that you are over 18 years old.

I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

If you haven't received your order by the gazetted time frame above, please contact our customer service team at sales@riggersonline.com.au. We will work with our freight partners to Track & Trace the consignment to provide you with an accurate delivery schedule. Please note that in the event that an order is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, then a redirection fee of $15 will be required before we will re-despatch the order.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Should you wish to return an item, please first contact our customer service team at sales@riggersonline.com.au to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. All items must be returned to: 46 Mulgul Road, Malaga WA 6090, Australia. Please note that NO returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

REFUNDS

If a refund is granted then we will refund your purchase within 3-4 days of receiving the return. Your refund will be issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. If the product was ordered with a voucher or coupon, we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing you a voucher to the value of the order. Please note that for approved refunds, delivery costs are not refundable and a restocking fee (10% of the order) may apply.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your goods please contact us directly on 1300 363 844 or Email us and we will issue you with a RMA number. We will then recommend placing a new order on our website for the exchange product at the same time as returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out. Please note that for approved exchanges, delivery costs are not refundable and a restocking fee may apply. Please note that NO returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
